You will serve as a trusted partner, co-creating new value with clients and driving both digital and business transformation together. In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the financial industry, including major domestic banks.

• Experience in driving large-scale projects for the financial industry at an IT vendor, SIer, consulting firm, or financial institution.

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development, package software development, or system construction for the financial industry.

• Experience in system development, particularly in overseeing upstream processes including the requirements definition phase.

• Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)

•Hands-on experience in IT vendor or systems integrator (SIer) roles, managing and driving IT solution projects for the financial sector.

•Expertise in business planning, transformation, or strategic reform within the IT or corporate planning departments of financial institutions, including banks

•Fluent Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent).

•Proven experience in managing large-scale projects for financial institutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

•Extensive involvement in mission-critical system projects for financial institutions, covering all phases from requirements definition through development, testing, and final implementation.

•Experience leading or participating in international projects for financial institutions, ensuring seamless coordination across regions.
