In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the digital commerce and eCommerce teams to ensure that customer experiences are optimized through their interactions with online and offline stores. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to refine user journeys, introduce innovative technology, and develop data-driven strategies that enhance the customer experience. You will provide support in areas such as data analysis, warehousing, customer segmentation, customer insights, and market insights.
You’ll develop and maintain close relationships with the product marketing and development teams to ensure that the products are aligned with customer needs and that customer feedback is navigated effectively. You’ll also ensure that CX initiatives link into other parts of the business and integrate customer insights into operational and commercial decision making. As an experienced PM/Engineer, you’ll understand the importance of product/market fit.
Furthermore, the role requires you to drive successful project delivery by maintaining a clear focus on scope, budget, and timeline. You’ll be required to ensure that the agreed KPIs are being met, keep teams on track, monitor reach and cost, and take improvements and actions to ensure success.
This role requires you to have a keen eye for detail, stellar communication and collaboration skills, and digital marketing knowledge.
