お客様の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、IBM SWに関する専門知識、テクニカルスキルを持って、グローバル製品開発部門とも協業し適切なソリューションを提案します。. 製造業を中心としたシステムの新規構築、システム更改プロジェクトにおいて、要件定義、システム設計、導入構築、テストからサービスイン後の運用までの全てのフェーズにて、保守サービスやテクニカルサービスを提供します。. お客様の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、IBM各SW(AIX,WAS,Db2,NetViewなど)で構成される分散系システムに関する各種SWの専門知識、テクニカルスキルを持って、グローバル製品開発部門とも協業し適切なソリューションを提案します。. 当サービスは日本の分散系システムを構成するIBM SWを中心に、お客様システムの安定稼働をサポートするチームです。新たなチームの一員としてチームに携わっていただけます。. 社内のさまざまなSW製品に携わるメンバー（お客様担当SE,CE,国内外の開発部門など）と協業しながら、案件対応が可能です。. 担当製品に限らず、関連する最先端の技術をいち早く習得しお客様に提案することができます。. IBMのSW製品全般（主にAIX,WAS,Db2,NetViewなど）. 担当するお客様業界：製造業. 対人リレーション構築能力、お客様とのコミュニケーション能力.
