IBM Japan is looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant/CRM professional to join their team in Tokyo. This candidate should have significant experience working with larger organizations to identify, develop and implement digital marketing strategies in the technology space.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the identification, review and development of digital marketing plans, campaigns and platforms; as well as creating customer segmentation models and tailored customer journeys. This individual will need to have strong project management skills and the ability to develop digital projects, solutions and technologies to meet customer needs.
This person will be educated in the latest digital marketing techniques, have online marketing experience, and be familiar with developing relationships with customers through various digital channels.
The successful candidate should understand the customer journey across channels, and be knowledgeable of customer analytics for segmentation and targeting, as well as A/B testing and performance analytics. They should also know how customers respond to certain offers as a basis for CRM campaigns.
The ideal candidate for this position is an analytical and creative thinker who is also a great communicator, someone capable of working as part of a team and willing to help with generating new digital ideas. A passion for technology, CRM and digital marketing is essential.
