Field Service Engineer

What you’ll do:

  • Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment.

  • Determine site and equipment requirements.

  • Understand customer goals and identify the consequences of various solutions.

  • Work according to the project plan, installation plan, and escalation plan.

  • Configure system hardware, software, and network components.

  • Assemble and integrate system/product and verifies system/product operation.

  • Use proactive monitoring procedures to identify problem-prevention opportunities.

  • Provide the customer with an overview of installation activity, site-specific information, and access to appropriate contacts.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.

  • Handle customer-relations problems promptly and appropriately, and escalate issues according to established procedures.

Educational Experience:

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in HP products in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on site customer support, Mission Critical, systems experience, or a related field.

  • Exceptional organizational or project management skills

  • Exceptional communications skills

  • Problem-solving skills

  • The ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers, and support partners

SPECIAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Color Management

  • Knowledge of inkjet printing technology

  • Strong mechanical skills

  • Strong pneumatic skills

  • Strong electrical and electronic skills

  • Strong computer/network skills

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

  • Ability to lift, bend and stoop throughout the day as necessary to repair printers.

The pay range for this position is $25.30 to $37.45 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and expand the integration strategy within the platform, ensuring that we create a highly flexible, scalable, and developer-friendly ecosystem.
Build and nurture a strong developer ecosystem around our platform’s integrations, providing developers with the tools, resources, and support they need to create and maintain integrations.
Build a scalable API framework for integration
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Integrations strategy.
Cultivate relationships with strategic third-party partners to expand integration opportunities and drive mutual value.
Education and Experience:
10+ years of professional experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful integration strategies and ecosystems.
10+ years of product management experience at high growth software companies
Data-driven decision maker with experience in using analytics to inform product development and assess feature performance.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, connectors, and other integration technologies.
Experience working with partner ecosystems and managing strategic third-party relationships.
Startup experience a plus
DEX experience a plus
