Scope:

  • Deliver extensive and effective customer data integration in Salesforce Marketing Cloud by partnering with CRM data architecture, analytics and business stakeholders

  • Collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships and adopt cross collaboration across other relevant teams, functional areas, and external vendors

  • Experience leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other inbound and outbound channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS, digital advertising, call centers, sales reps, etc).

  • Full ownership of data integration, campaigns and programs securing excellence in experience standards. Working with central and local stake holders, management of portfolio of initiatives and international email campaign calendar. Leadership of performance reviews.

  • Experience creating highly responsive direct customer and communications. On direct marketing, on brand, on channel best practices with unique combination of creativity and effectiveness. Design background a plus. Master email marketing communications, comfortable writing and/or reviewing copy, HTML and AMPscript knowledge desirable.

  • Project Management, involving handling multiple stakeholders across functions, geographies, and skills, combined with a business focused outlook.

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience with SQL, with experience in campaign analytics and performance measurement. An understanding of data integration, data feeds and automation to enable campaign automation & personalization.

  • Experience working with data analytics and post-campaign reporting to support the development and automation of dashboards, campaign analysis and stakeholder reporting.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of data integrity, enable actionable insights through advanced analytics, and spearhead digitalization efforts to enhance organizational efficiency, optimize supply chain processes, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert with deep expertise in supply chain management, data governance frameworks, analytics tools, and emerging technologies. You will apply advanced knowledge to solve complex business challenges, frequently developing innovative ideas and methods to address evolving needs. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies to ensure data quality, enhance operational workflows, and integrate digital tools to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data governance frameworks for SSC in alignment with corporate MDM, ensuring master data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to define and standardize master data structures and maintain data integrity.
  • Act as a liaison for SSC MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment between IT, business units, and external vendors.
  • Provide insights into leading practices in governance, driving the SSC organization’s MDG strategy.
  • Manage strategic initiatives in data governance and automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct business case analysis and financial evaluations for supply chain initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical approaches and project strategies for supply chain optimization using industry expertise.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve objectives.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the big data space.
  • Coordinate with functions to identify and prioritize automation ideas; interface with Automation team for develop and deployment
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
  • Evaluates the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape, identifying emerging business prospects.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts, optimizing workflows, processes, and system integrations.
  • Evaluate and deploy new digital tools, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to streamline data flows and enhance system connectivity.
  • Promote automation in data collection, processing, and reporting using advanced tools like RPA and AI.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, converting recommendations into impactful business plans
  • Oversee training initiatives and coordinate with learning teams to enable process changes and upskilling.
  • Define and monitor balanced scorecard metrics to maintain high standards of data quality
  • Drive integration of emerging technologies and innovation in big data and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and quality standards, providing feedback to mitigate risks

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in master data management tools (e.g., S4 Hana MDM, Informatica, Oracle).
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Automation anywhere, Power automate or other RPA software.
