• This role is responsible for enhancing, designing and developing software systems for all core business functions. The role serves as SME in the software development (SDLC) projects and defines the activities for successful product/project completion. The role instills and mentors the Agile and DevOps culture in the team and guides complex programs with multiple cross-team integrations across the company.
• Plays a critical role in the building of various software engineering projects and platforms while aligning them with business and security strategies and requirements.

• This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that cater to specific user needs or business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounting & Audit Services, managing audits, financial statements, process audits, and IFRS projects for multiple global entities.

Provide operational leadership for US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting across 50+ entities in global markets.

Manage tax compliance activities across up to 120 entities providing support to the Tax organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA / CPA/ ACCA)

15+ years of relevant experience in a finance function

Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Local GAAP.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Define and execute a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with organizational security goals.
  • Establish security standards and best practices for the development and deployment process.
  • Bring AI automation into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling teams to anticipate and address vulnerabilities proactively.

• Practical Experience with AWS services (API GW, VPC, SQS, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis).
• Knowledge of Insomnia/Postman, JMeter, or other testing/mocking frameworks.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer ( preferred)
• Knowledge of serverless architectures, and JSON/SOAP/XML.
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Observability and backend performance monitoring (New Relic, Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Power BI etc...)
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
