You will take the lead in supporting emergency response and hazard gap assessments; conducting internal and contractor safety audits; leading incident and root cause investigation; and developing corrective and preventative actions and solutions. Your collaborative leadership approach will be key to demonstrating process/system improvements that align with safety initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of safety and health principles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team. The technical experience necessary includes knowledge of HSE programs, principles, and procedures, as well as a strong understanding of safety regulations.
