As a Sales Incentive Specialist, you’ll use your exceptional problem-solving, customer service, and analytical skills to motivate and reward success while driving the efficient and effective administration and support of promotional and sales incentive programs. At Honeywell, you will be part of the global team responsible for the effective management of sales incentive programs, defining and administering incentive plans, budgets, goals, and payment calculations. You will be the primary point of contact to sales teams for sales incentive program or process queries and will be responsible for the timely processing of sales incentive payments. As part of your role you will analyze past incentive programs, identifying new strategies to maximize sales incentives and craft creative incentive plans to surpass sales goals. Your attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, strong communication skills, project management proficiency and your ability to look at data from a strategic perspective will be key in helping the Honeywell team effectively administer and track incentive programs. Your prior background working with financial reports will also be beneficial in this role as you’ll be expected to provide insights and recommendations for improvement in existing programs.
