As a Field Service Technician II, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced technology products. You are the face of our organization, providing hands-on expert level service for our customers and working to develop strong customer relationships. This job requires a level of initiative and proactivity, with the understanding that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Your duties will include diagnosing, assessing and repairing customer issues, taking initiative and executing preventive maintenance tasks, developing resolution strategies, and developing customer level solutions for our products. You should have experience using the requisite software and tools to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
You must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - in addition to outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. It is also important for you to be organized and able to prioritize tasks in order to deploy our products in a timely manner. You should have the ability to be a team player and to collaborate effectively with coworkers as necessary.
