In this role, you will have a direct impact on the qualityand reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet or exceed customerexpectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams toidentify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products.
- Develop and implement CMM programs for inspection and measurement.
- Analyze measurement data and interpret results to identify quality issues and trends.
- Generate detailed inspection reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

You Must Have
- Experience as a CMM Inspector.
- Strong knowledge and experience in CMM programming, operation, and interpretation of measurement results.
- Proficiency in using CMM software and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
We Value
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- FAA Repair and Overhaul (R&O) experience.
- A&P License.
