The annual base salary range for this position is <88,600.00-$110,600.00>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• 1+ years’ experience in leading projects or teams
• Proficiency in using manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in production/people supervisor role
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to manage 25+ production employees
