As a Sr Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the controllership function. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. You will report directly to our Controller and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, contribute to process improvements, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
· Act as the Point of Contact for SAP Subscription stakeholder-level needs and participate as an active member of the client stakeholder leadership teams.
· Train all new users on SAP BRIM/S4
· Partner with business groups to set strategic direction and develop and improve processes and procedures.
· Work with SBG & Functional contacts to prioritize current and planned functional needs, including ongoing resource requirements for the solutioning team.
· Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards.
· Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules.
Basic Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of SAP BRIM – SOM, Convergent Invoicing and Convergent Charging is required.
Understanding of SAP Entitlement Management, SAP Mediation, FICA & RAR is a plus.
4+ years managing SAP BRIM activities 10+ years IT-related experience in application development and delivery for medium/large scale organization.
We Value Driving "fast and right" results in a matrixed environment.
Experience with SAP Signavio and process mining tools to benchmark process benchmarking is a plus.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, mainly within financial planning & analysis with some familiarity with M&A / divestitures. Your extensive experience in these areas will be critical in understanding the complexities of corporate fixed costs related to M&A and Spins.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling. Your ability to analyze data and develop accurate financial models will be essential in making informed decisions.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint. Your proficiency in these tools will enable you to effectively analyze and present financial information.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Your ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders will be crucial in driving our success.
