Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest and Uzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and process standardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and also supports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform Document Control deliverables requiring excellent knowledge of DC processes, TAT, tools and procedures.
2. Fungible to develop DC skill for Sch A business also.
3. Ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
4. Collaborate with PMs to seek the feedback and drive improvements if any.
5. Lead DC's automation initiatives and coach team to participate.
6. Represent the team in meetings.
7. Sets up the Document Control system (procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.).
8. Ensure Quality and compliance in all deliverables

Key Responsibilities
· Work with Different time zone customer and supplier
· Good Knowledge of SAP MM Module
· Knowledge and Hands on experience in Rapid Response (Kinaxis) Supply Planning Module.
· Run monthly SIOP Supply planning review
· Timely issuance of POs to Vendors, follow-up for order confirmation

· Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues
· Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes
· Inventory management and review
· Hands on experience in SAP ERP MM module, BI Portal , Power BI and tableau
· Good Excel and presentation skills required.
· Hard core experience of Import and local procurement in Buy to Sell
· Knowledge and monitoring of Material Management Metrics like OTTR, OTFP, Inventory DOS, ITR
· Knowledge of PFEP and 12 Blockers
· Draw Liquidation Plan of IOS inventory after discussion with SIOP, Sales and Marketing
· Identify and drive improvement in inventory levels while supporting project and customer delivery requirements
· Drives the implementation of the site/DC Plan For Every Part (PFEP) Process
· Sets Stocking and Replenishment Strategies Push vs Pull to support Maximum Service with Minimum
· Inventories to meet Annual Operating Plan
· Work closely with procurement team to address supply availability for constrained parts and provide recommended solutions
· Identify and solve problems in and out of the immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet supply requirements
· Lead/participate in continuous improvement projects/kaizens
· Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results
· Identify material related issues and work with procurement to resolve material constraints
· Coordinate engineering change activities with procurement and/or Honeywell sites
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations management, supply chain management or other relevant field · Min 8 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing materials related functional area
· Experience working with SAP is required
· Experience working in a Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP, SIOP) process environment is preferred
· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
· Strong data and analytical skills including Excel is required

As a Machinist Level 2 or 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality parts and components. · Set up and operate various machines, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.· Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.· Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet the required specifications· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and tools to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

These will entail different types of heat exchangers and static equipment like vessels, tanks etc that are compliant with the Client’s requirements and UOP-standards and practices.
Preparing datasheets for various types of static equipment including Heat Exchangers, tanks.
Acting as the Requisitioner for different types of Vessels, heat exchangers, tanks and other static equipment. The engineer manages the relation with and the activities of the shops contracted to supply the equipment.
Reviewing bidder offers received for static equipment during procurement Perform Bid evaluation of quotation received from bidders.
Should have prior knowledge of 3D modeling and should be able to take part in 3D model review
Following-up on static equipment fabrication, including inspection and testing at suppliers' shops.
Providing technical follow-up and inspection reports to Manager/ Project Manager for their follow-up, to ensure technically compliant and timely delivery of equipment from shops contracted by UOP.
Liaising internally with other discipline engineers and departments including Procurement (BUYER).
Review and comment/ approval of vendor procedures/ drawings/ docs. Checking of drawings to ensure complete compliance with customer requirements, design calculations and code requirements.
Providing deliverables within budgeted cost and schedule at a high level of quality. Responsible for the quality of the static equipment deliverables. This will also involve input from other experts from throughout UOP
Providing technical support for fixed/ budgetary price proposals, cost estimates, and design basis data
Communicating with project manager on a regular basis regarding progress, changes, budget & schedule
Inspection of fabrication/ construction for conformance with project equipment requirements and applicable codes, as assigned
Assuring the work of others in the group is checked for technical accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and procedures (in area of expertise)
Actively participating to ensure that ISO 9001 certification is maintained.
Providing input and participating in vendor performance evaluation reviews, project close-out reports and subsequent meetings. Acting on applicable specialist group-related RCA’s (root cause analysis) for CAPA’s (corrective & preventive actions) that come out of these reviews.
Following-up on items and lessons learned for applicable specialisation as captured thro’ RCA’s for a CAPA, field reports, establishing root cause and implementing corrective actions.
Supporting and following corporate HS&Epolicies, in relation to Office & Field Safety practices and engineeringdesign policies.
