  • Provide end to end Global Operations support for all the sites in Singapore
  • Support hiring, onboarding and offboarding process for all SGP sites from HRS perspective in close coordination with Onboarding team and ensuring site related compliance
  • Manage plant Time and Attendance (T&A) system, troubleshoot employee T&A and payroll enquiries

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Understanding of business, technology and external environment
  • Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the vertical markets, Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pulp and Paper
  • Working knowledge of project Management tools and methodologies
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated business sense
  • Ability to orchestrate solutions to customers' business needs
  • Strong Planning and risk management skills
