In this role, your primary goal is to deliver a superior customer experience. You will work closely with the customer, while also developing and executing strategies to enhance their experience. You will also assist with managing customer-facing initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, track customer feedback, and support customer inquiries.
As the Lead CX Specialist, your responsibilities are to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop best practices for customer interactions. To stay informed, you should have a strong knowledge of Honeywell’s products, services, and internal operations. You will also investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints and report findings within the customer experience management team. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and lead special projects as necessary.
In this role, you should be an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. A degree in a related field, such as computer science, business, or engineering, is a plus.
