Skill Requirement:
• Should hold a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical and Electronic Engineering or an appropriate
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Test & measurement industry
• Good hands-on working experience on various Test & measurement instruments.
• Strong working knowledge on ATE and Test stations & Software Architecture
• Experience in ATEs (Automated Test Equipment) and Interface Test Adapter/Cable harness design; includes mechanical and electrical.
• Procurement, build and integration experience.
• Hands-on experience in test hardware design, minimum 3-4 Projects.
• Good knowledge of Instruments and their usage (Measuring & Sourcing instruments)
• Proficient & Architecture Design in C, C++, Python LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI programming.
• Strong in circuit analysis and hands on experience in simulation tools like SABER or Circuit Maker or PSPICE.
• Excellent communication skills

Participates in platform and core products software architecture, design and requirement reviews as a technical lead.

Drives Agile execution through PI planning, Sprint planning, backlog refinement and scrum meetings.

Skills Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
Minimum 14 years of experience working various application areas supporting avionics functions
Executed at least 2 projects end-end working with global teams.Real Time Embedded Software development experience using C/C++ on RTOS. Experience developing Systems Requirements, High level software requirements and Low Level software requirements development and systems testing for avionics products (for systems profiles).
Experience working in design, software development and reviews. Working experience and Knowledge of Displays Product lines is preferred.
Has experience in performing Software Engineering leadership roles on the programs with accountability.
Proven Software programming/design expertise demonstrated on programs.
Expertise working with Aerospace standards, Architecture principles, Coding standards and familiarity with DO178B/C.
Able to identify and manage risks and opportunities with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects.
Good communicator of vision, ideas, and work requirement. Should have demonstrated transformational results (Innovation, Productivity, Technology) through cross collaboration.
