KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage advanced manufacturingoperations to drive operational excellence and process optimization

• Developand implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity andimprove product quality

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuousimprovement initiatives and achieve operational goals

• Identify and implementadvanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with businessobjectives

• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas forimprovement and implement corrective actions

• Manage and allocate resourceseffectively to meet production targets

• Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and industry standards

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionin a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

• Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and processoptimization

• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies inconventional and non conventional machining such as turning, milling, grinding,EDM and WEDM

• Proven track record of driving operationalexcellence and process improvements •

Excellent leadership and peoplemanagement skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •

• Advanced English

• Knowledge on Catia, nx, solidworks

• Availabilityto rotate shifts : 8 a 5:30, 4:30 a 1, 1 a 7:00 when needed
