Honeywell Aerospace Materials Engineering(MatEng) is seeking a Test Engineer Intern. This position will be based atChihuahua, Mexico facility to support both local manufacturing activities aswell as global Aero MatEng activities. This is a challenging, multi-dimensionalrole that requires the individual to perform at a high level while workingmultiple concurrent task assignments.The successful candidate will have the responsibility to ensure testing iscomplete and the validated production process meet customer requirements. Theindividual will interact with both internal and external departments as well assuppliers and other Honeywell sites.
Employee main responsibility will includeensures that chemical/metallographic laboratory analysis are performed anddocumented according to Aerospace quality and industry requirements, includingquality audit activities and Root Cause and Corrective Actions implementation.
Candidate will be the responsibleof the proper use of equipment in the laboratory, ensuring all equipment areworking properly and produces accurate results as required.Daily test to validate production process.
Equipment verification and preventive maintenance.
BasicQualifications:
- Student from Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry
- Availability to start on June 2025
