As a
Senior IT Analyst, Data/SAP BI, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing data to facilitate our business intelligence initiatives. Your expertise in data thoughtfulness and SAP BI tools will be instrumental in providing valuable insights and driving data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our data management and reporting efforts.
You will report directly to our IT Director, and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by analyzing and managing data to facilitate business intelligence initiatives, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.

MUST HAVE
At least 0-2 years educational experience in analytics interacting with Supply Chain areas, such as Supply Demand, Production Planning, Materials, Inventories, etc.
MRP/ERP experience
Preferably Oracle experience
Working knowledge: analyzing, mapping and collecting data from multiple on-premise data systems and cloud-based data sources.
WE VALUE
Experience and skills with visualization software (Tableau,
SQL, Oracle) to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes is desired
Some experience with modeling and development Supply Demand, Production Planning, Inventories and Materials Planning processes.
Driving metrics to improve/increase creation and change of cycle times
Tableau knowledge
Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

As a Sr Advanced Data Analyst within the VECE COE (Value Engineering / Component Engineering) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in enabling and accelerating our organization's VECE efforts. Reporting to the VECE Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. You will assess business problems, design and build innovative solutions, and provide actionable insights using various software tools such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, Python, among others. Your expertise and contributions will directly contribute to driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and supporting the overall success of our component engineering initiatives within the VECE COE. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the VECE COE to identify business requirements, develop and implement technical solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making to support our component engineering goals. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing our operational processes, optimizing business performance, and driving sustainable growth within the VECE COE. You will report directly to our Transformation Leader and you'll work out of our Monterrey location on a hybrid work schedule.
