  • Excellent guidance and communicationskills, with a strong aptitude for managing through influence.
  • Ability to analyze data, identifytrends, and implement corrective actions.

1. Technical contribution

  • Coordinate and provide feedback to the less experience engineers about the build and
    integration of software features, architecture and codes, acting as SCADA engineering specialists

    issues closure and performance tests.
  • Identifies and introduces new effective engineering solutions to meet business and customer needs.
  • Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of commissioning.

6. Technical leadership and knowledge sharing

  • Provides relevant information pertaining to drafting assignment to engineering team.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to junior and Mid experienced colleagues.
  • Oversee consistency of code across projects with similar characteristics
