KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the jointventure and tolling plant operations, including production, maintenance,quality control, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies tooptimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevantregulations, standards, and procedures.
- Guide and motivate a team of producersto achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams todrive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience of 6+ years in managingchemical plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of process safety,environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
