Description:

Embedded Software Engineering Manager - Building Management Solutions

You will report directly to the SBC Engineering Manager and will work out of our Givisiez, CH location on an on-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical direction and leadership to the engineering function for SBC solutions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects for these solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements • Manage and optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines for these solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on these solutions

OU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software engineering leadership roles
• Prior experience in managing embedded software development team
• Technical expertise in PLC Controllers • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
