Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Law or Legal Studies, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of technical program management experience, with a focus on infrastructure, construction, data center projects or legal aspects related to these fields.
- 7 years of experience in construction contracting, including leading negotiations, drafting agreements, and managing contracts with GCs and developers.
- Experience with data center construction life-cycles, and the key delivery dependencies related to site development and offsite infrastructure delivery works.
Preferred qualifications:- Juris Doctor degree or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., MBA, MS Contracts).
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP), paralegal, or a related contract management certification.
- Proficiency with construction agreement law, various standard agreement types, and contracting best practices in the infrastructure or mission-critical facility space.
- Proven ability to work with and influence executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Engineering) without direct authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
