Expoint is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its Tech Industry team at Google, focused on Full Stack Google Cloud Business Platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering full stack systems on the Google Cloud Platform. This Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications, product features, and services for the Google Cloud Platform. This includes developing product features, software architecture, application development, coding, database design, security, quality testing, and documentation. The person in this role will be expected to continuously update and maintain existing applications and systems, always keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies that are relevant to the position. The Sr. Software Engineer should have strong understanding not only of Google Cloud Platforms, but also of the broader Google ecosystem. He or she should have a good handle on system integration, project management, and have experience working with a wide range of industry-standard development technologies such as Java, MySQL, Linux, and Python. They should have a good understanding of Agile methodology, and experience with application and protocol designs and how to apply them effectively. In addition, the Senior Software Engineer should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be proactive and organized when taking on projects. He or she should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment since they will be expected to deliver high-performing solutions in a timely manner.
