As a Senior Software Engineer in this role, your primary responsibility will be to design embedded system firmwares. You will create, manage, and execute complete life cycle management for these products from initial specification, design, implementation, debug, and maintenance. You will be writing codes in programing languages such as C and C++ to develop embedded solutions along with operating systems such as Linux and real-time operating systems based on software requirements. You will be designing a suite of protocols and be responsible for changing and adapting existing protocol designs to meet project needs. You will be responsible for designing and building prototypes based on customer and project requirements. You will also be troubleshooting and debugging errors in embedded system firmwares and optimize firmware performance. This position requires the ability to solve complex problems, think independently and work well in a team environment.
