The Google Cloud Field Sales Representative in the tech industry is a customer-facing role based in New York, United States. Working as part of the Google Cloud Sales team, this position is ideal for someone with a passion for tech and a drive to close deals. The key objectives of the role are to acquire and close new business, while managing the customer experience. The Sales Representative should aim to develop and manage relationships with prospects and customers. They will also play a key role in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable Google Cloud solutions to meet those needs.
The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the broader Google Cloud Sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience while using Google Cloud services. They will need to be an expert on the various Google Cloud services, including Google Play, G-suite, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Storage. They will also need to have strong technical and analytical skills in order to develop solutions that present great value to customers.
The Sales Representative is expected to work closely with their customer base to help them understand the value proposition of Google Cloud. They will need to have exemplary skills in communication, creative problem solving, and presentation, to be able to give our customers a seamless experience.
