Expoint has an exciting opportunity for a savvy and ambitious Account Manager – Large Customer Sales – in the tech industry in Google, Singapore. The chosen candidate will be able to demonstrate their prowess in developing excellent customer relationships and sales while leveraging the full potential of Google's suite of products.
The role is to be the main point of contact with the key customers, taking ownership of communication and key customer projects and initiatives, manage customer success and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate must be able to lead the process of identifying customer needs, create value propositions and deliver superior customer service.
The Account Manager will be an innovative thinker with the ability to develop and provide customer business cases that contain recommended solutions to customers with customer-focused approach, keeping the technology and business goals in alignment. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, as well as strong organizational skills.
The successful Account Manager – Large Customer Sales – should have the ability to think strategically and anticipate future customer needs by understanding market trends and staying on top of the competition. Ideally, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Google suite of products with a proven success in Sales.
