- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience with Google's advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
- Experience in strategy consulting, financial modeling, or a client-side role focused on consumer insights.
- Experience designing and analyzing online experiments (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality/lift studies).
