As Staff Critical Incident Manager Google Cloud, you will be tasked with proactively managing and providing technical support for Google Cloud customers. That includes ensuring a high-quality and timely response to customer inquiries and incidents, collecting pertinent data from customers about the incident, and analyzing and correlating data to quickly identify the root cause. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting, reviewing incident documentation, creating post-mortem reports, and providing guidance during reviews.
You'll liaise with numerous teams, working closely with the customer, the engineers on call, the Incident Command team, and the Leadership team to ensure customer satisfaction and disruption resolution. Your ability to think quickly and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment will be necessary.
We're looking for a passion-driven team player who excels at problem-solving and can demonstrate an adeptness in carrying out data-driven incident reviews. You should also have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, as well as working knowledge of Google Cloud services and tools.
