Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with external partners on conversation architecture and bot designing.
- 3 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment.
- Experience with Generative AI, natural language processing, conversational flow and related concepts.
Preferred qualifications:- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related discipline with a focus on Conversation Analysis, Pragmatics, Language Use, Cognitive Linguistics, Philosophy of Language, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience in chat or voice bot development, NLP based Conversation flow design, contact center technologies or linguistics.
- Understanding the call center and digital ecosystem to track and monitor Key Performance Indicator( KPIs).
