Essential Responsibilities

Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts orforklifts.
Physically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments
Quantifies and verifies cycle count.
Process material against purchase orders and work orders using electronic material management system.
Coordinate with on-site and/or off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage.
Work with appropriatelogisticsand production personnel to resolve/prevent part shortages.
Maintains/reviews critical documentation necessary for recording,allocatingand dispersing a variety of regulated materials.
Perform cycle audits and physical inventory per schedule.
Help reconcile inventory discrepancies and report discrepancies to Supervisor.
assistin training new hires.
Comply withEHS & Quality System regulations and policies.
Read and follow work instructions and bills of materials.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
Demonstrate ability to read,writeand speak in local language.
Proficient in basic mathematics.
Ability to communicate well and work with others.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to lift (floor to waist, waist to crown level, and horizontally).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to perform frequent simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, neck rotation, and neck flexion throughout the workday.
Must be able to twist, push/pull, reach at, above and below shoulder heightfrequentlythroughout the workday.
Must be able to stoop, bend and squatfrequentlythroughout the workday.
Must be able to stand/walk continuously throughout the day
Must be able to ascend/descend/balancefrequentlyon portable stairs for small parts retrieval.

Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2-week inventory levels, at a minimum
- Oracle expert
- Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory.
- Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
- Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution
- Partner closely with suppliers focusing on: Packaging needs, min/max planning. PCNs, as they relate to old/existing parts, materials replenishment planning, root-cause problem solving.
- Conduct daily walks on the floor and the receiving dock to investigate and resolve material issue.
- Support material transfers, supplier reviews w/Sourcing
- Field Modification Instruction, as appropriate - ordering material, formulating schedules.
- Supplier visits, as needed - internal and external.
- Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material.
- Provide supply analysis data and recommendations as necessary.
- Assist in cycle count efforts as determined.
- Support tool development for prediction of material issues
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
2. Computer proficiency
3. Working knowledge of MRP
4. Excellent Interpersonal Skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills
