  • Lead minor workflow adjustments and configurations, coordinate more complex workflow modifications through the appropriate channels to optimize system performance.

  • Coordinates and manages workflow testing

  • Creates and manages training and rollout plan(s)Is responsible for customer training and go-live support

  • Relays any and all customer complaints and feedback to the appropriate MIM team(s) to ensure that they are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner.

  • Supports technical sales for potential customers, and acts as a salesperson for MIM Software at the technical exhibition of medical conferences.

  • Continuing medical and technical education is received by working with the staff at institutions and observing exhibitions at medical conferences.

  • Participate in on-the-job training within a hospital environment to gain firsthand experience of clinical workflows and challenges.

  • Facilitate training sessions for team members, along with cross-functional teams.

  • Travel up to 60% of the time for on-site customer training, offering an exciting opportunity to work in diverse settings while directly impacting customer success.

What You’ll Need:

  • A background as nuclear medicine technologist or in a support capacity for nuclear medicine procedures preferred

  • Must have strong interpersonal communications skills, project organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, as well as the aptitude to develop a clinical and technical knowledge base.

  • 3-5 years of clinical or medical experience is preferred

  • At least a four-year bachelors’ degree program from an accredited university, preferably in a technical field or relevant experience is preferred

  • The ability to travel on an as-needed basis, no more than 60% of the time

  • Vaccination is required

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers in performing phantom calibrations and quality assurance procedures on Nuclear Medicine equipment (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT/CT)

  • Collaborate with clinical sites to optimize reconstruction parameters and post-processing workflows to align with physician imaging preferences

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols leveraging best practices in phantom testing and calibration for nuclear medicine theranostic imaging

  • Act as a technical liaison for theranostic users, guiding implementation of quantitative imaging and dosimetry workflows

  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess site readiness, workflow gaps, and areas for optimization

  • Facilitate software trials, establish success metrics, and support trial-to-implementation transitions

  • Stay current on advancements in Nuclear Medicine imaging, reconstruction algorithms, and theranostic standards through internal collaboration and external engagement

What You’ll Need

  • PhD in Medical Physics, Nuclear Medicine, or a related field

  • 2–3+ years of direct experience with phantom testing, scanner calibration, and quantitative imaging workflows

  • Familiarity with theranostic imaging, radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, and image reconstruction techniques

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and QA frameworks in Nuclear Medicine (e.g., ACR, AAPM, NEMA standards)

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to support diverse clinical teams

  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S. to support customer success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Board certification or eligibility (e.g., ABR in Medical Physics or equivalent)

  • Experience with MIM Software or similar advanced molecular imaging platforms

  • Prior involvement in theranostic program development or vendor collaboration

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clinicians to integrate our MIM clinical software into their workflow. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful onboarding of MIM for nuclear medicine customers. You will serve as the project manager and collaborate closely with the customer to plan, implement, and train clinical users on our software. This role calls for outstanding communication skills and efficient time management to ensure a smooth implementation process. You will utilize your background in software implementations/SaaS to guide customers to incorporate MIM into their daily workflow, streamlining and automating their processes to enhance patient care. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering insights and providing valuable feedback to internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement of our software and services.
Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the clinical stakeholders (Physicians, Physicists, techs) to configure and customize the software to their needs
  • Consult with hospital IT to install MIM and establish connectivity with other hospital systems
  • Act as a project manager, leading multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Set up project goals and timelines, track project milestones and manage expectations or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Coordinate project team members
  • Perform post-implementation functions for new and established products to ensure the successful adoption of our software into our customer’s clinical workflow
  • Communicate effectively, written and verbal, to ensure alignment throughout each implementation project
  • Provide consultation on, manage, and support technology adoption with clinical stakeholders
  • Provide training to your team members and cross-functional teams

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of software implementation or project management experience
  • Background in project management, in Nuclear Medicine is a plus
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred, but not required
  • An inquisitive mind that enjoys problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel
  • Demonstrates flexibility, autonomy, self-motivation, and a high level of professional demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively with in-servicing programs to achieve highest level of product compliance and direct training
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 % with potential for international travel
