Description:
As a customer facing staff, you will be responsible for winning business Operates with some autonomy but typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GE Healthcare sales in assigned strategic accounts, via Direct or Indirect channels

• Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services. Drive marketing programs at the account level.

• Lead and leverage the entire commercial or functional Team across sales, modality and service to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed

• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts/channels, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities, and keep GE Healthcare Commercial leaders informed and appropriately involved

• Develop & implement Go–to-Market plans to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.

• Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with account headquarters through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources. Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value.

• Manage strategic accounts identified with creative solution selling and market business development.

• Drive seamless wing to wing execution on projects to deliver sales through linearity prediction, incorporating stakeholder management and KPI deliverables.

• Stay current on knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
• Previous experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial sales
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Desired Characteristics:

• Proven account management and project planning skills

• Direct or indirect management experience, preferably in a large company with a matrixed environment

• Healthcare capital equipment sales experience

• Knowledge/experience with GE Healthcare product portfolio

• Strong understanding of the Singapore Capital Healthcare market and buying groups

  • Translation of functional business needs to technical design requirements.
  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on solving the root cause utilizing tools such as problem-solving report (PSR).
  • Define project scopes, objectives and deliverables in alignment with business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years applicable experience leading complex global initiatives in logistics, warehousing, inventory, and customer fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Desired Characteristics

  • Tactical fulfillment operations experience in a global supply chain environment
  • Expertise in lean concepts and best practices. Experience deploying “transactional lean” outside of the physical walls of an operation a plus
  • Analytical problem solver with a proven track record of taking a data driven approach to identifying root cause and corrective actions
  • Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, and execute programs. Established project management skills
