＜職務内容＞

• 病院内における医療機器（麻酔器・患者モニター等）の新規設置、導入業務。
• 顧客装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務及び保守契約販売業務。
• 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う。
• 顧客からのクレームを受け部内外関係者へ適切にエスカレーションを行い問題解決を図る。

<必須要件>

• 顧客理解、顧客対応能力・円滑なコミュニケーショが取れる。
• 問題解決能力
• サービスオペレーションの基本業務が遅延なく自己管理できる。
• 複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること
• 相手を尊重して、チームで活動することができる。

【職務内容】

• 担当エリアにおけるサービス及び機器ライフサイクルにおける包括的なO&Uビジネスの営業として、O&U製品の受注から売上責任を持ち、売上/利益目標達成を目指す
• 線量管理システムの販売促進により、放射線機器の被ばく線量の適正化をリードする
• イメージング及び超音波部門のセールス、チャネルマネージャー、FEと緊密に協力して、機器ビジネスの成長を促進し、ブロック目標の達成に向け共闘する
• MSA(保守)営業チームと緊密に連携し、LCCプログラムを通じてO&Uプログラムの成長を担う
• イメージング及び超音波部門のセールス、MSA営業チームと共にContinuityプログラムの成長を担う
• 顧客及び営業の声やニーズをチームに共有し、日本のライフサイクル戦略を加速させる

【必須要件】

• 優れた対人関係スキル。 自信を持って強いイニシアチブを発揮するチームプレーヤー
• サービス部門、又は営業部門における営業経験または、医療関連分野における3年以上の経験
• フィールド経験に基づき、社内および顧客への影響力を持ち一定の交渉能力の実証
• 顧客のために必要なことを実行するために、内部のステークホルダーと連携をとる対人関係スキル
• コンプライアンスを強く推進する

Desired Characteristics

• -3年以上の超音波装置による検査経験あるいは、同等の知見があり、超音波診断装置を操作できる、また説明するための能力と専門性があること

  -臨床的知識あるいは、超音波の基礎知識を持つこと

  -高いコミュニケーション能力があり、お客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること

  -現在の経験や知識に加えて、GEヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること

  -高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること

  -周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、を既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること

  -日本語が流ちょうであること。英語力は不問ですが、学ぶことにたいして抵抗がないこと

  -要普通自動車免許
