病院内における医療機器（画像診断装置）の新規設置、導入業務。. 顧客装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務。. 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う。. 顧客からのクレームを受け部内外関係者へ適切にエスカレーションを行い問題解決を図る。. 電気/機械系のフィールドサービス経験1～2年以上（未経験者の場合は電気/コンピューター/ネットワークの基礎知識）. 顧客に論理的に発生事象を説明できるコミュニケーションスキル. オペレーション改善を目的として自分の考えを持ち提案し実行する能力. マニュアルを読解し点検・修理を正確におこなうスキル. 顧客サイトにて発生した問題に対して正確にエスカレーションし解決に導くことが出来る能力. 普通自動車免許.
