In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
• Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
• Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
• Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
• Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
• Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
Education Qualification
Relevant Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 years of experience (mix of technical and project management)

- Lead and coordinate technical architecture discussions across MI software subsystems, including acquisition, reconstruction, and clinical applications.
- Define and evolve the architecture for MI software platforms, balancing legacy integration with modern design principles.
- Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps aligned with MI product strategy and clinical needs.
- Participate in architecture governance and ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 62304).
Technology Strategy & Innovation
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into MI software solutions.
- Drive software modernization efforts
- Collaborate with the Imaging Architect Office and MI systems teams to define the long-term technology runway for PET/SPECT modalities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with MI systems engineering, clinical applications, and hardware teams to ensure cohesive system-level architecture.
- Guide early-stage stakeholder engagement and support integration with legacy and future-state systems.
- Influence and align global teams on architectural direction and technical standards.
Operational & Business Acumen
- Ensure architectural decisions support operational stability, serviceability, and lifecycle cost optimization.
- Translate technical strategies into business value and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support capital and operational planning through informed technology choices and risk assessments.
Mentorship & Talent Development
- Mentor staff and principal engineers within the MI software team, fostering architectural depth and leadership growth.
- Contribute to the development of the technical career path and talent pipeline within the MI organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Proven experience architecting complex, distributed systems in a modality-specific context.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with high-performance computing, GPU-based algorithms, and real-time data processing.
- Deep understanding of MI-specific workflows, including acquisition, reconstruction, and image processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and other interoperability standards.
- Strong interpersonal and change management skills.
- Ability to influence and build consensus across organizational levels.

Partner with global oncology teams to inform and invet business cases for in-organic and organic growth opportunities based on USCAN market needs and dynamics
Ensure compliance with NCA process, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with Enterprise Operations to provide technical support for RFPs, create and manage catalogs (including long/medium/short descriptions and set-up in CPQ, NPI change orders and backlog conversions, management of flex trials, and technology obsolescence agreements.
Lead customer visits, presenting product portfolio and roadmap presentations in partnership with global modality.
Work closely with Modality GMs and Marketing Directors to develop and execute showsite and key opinion leader strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
10+ years’ experience in product management, marketing or related field in the Oncology space
Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy

Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams

12+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
