In this role, you will:

Resilience Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies across IT, Infrastructure and Manufacturing.
Lead resilience assessments , risk analysis, and impact evaluations across business units & Manufacturing Sites
Coordinate and execute resilience testing and simulation exercises for Enterprise & Manufacturing Domains
Partner with IT, cybersecurity, facilities, and business units to ensure alignment of resilience strategies.
Monitor regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC) and ensure compliance.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies .
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs.
