协助公司制定整体渠道管理与发展策略,设计和制定重点渠道项目计划. 定期收集和分析内外部渠道相关信息、动态、变化趋势与前景呈现给公司、部门及BU. 根据渠道策略与规划,设计与制定渠道关键项目方案,并推动项目的落地执行,主要包括经销商分级管理体系搭建,经销商差异化管理机制建立,省级经销商交流平台搭建,战略渠道伙伴发展与合作等. 联动中央渠道和BU渠道,协助整合与优化渠道策略、行动方案及相关资源以支持相互的紧密合作和渠道价值最大化,包括但不限于经销商运营规范评估体系优化,经销商画像与能力模型建立等. 协助BU重点渠道项目的开展,主要包括VBP渠道模式设计,渠道优化整合以及经销商评级机制的执行与优化等. 参与公司渠道新模式探索,支持渠道创新,如跨BU渠道合作项目,基础医疗市场渠道模式,民营市场渠道模式等. 执行主管指派的其他任务及协助其他相关项目. 遵循GE所有合规要求,包括但不限于GE信息安全, GE商业中的行为,GE竞争法互动对话,安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动.
