  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and prospects in our CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of resilience, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, and proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn, Outreach, and other prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the full employment lifecycle of our employees from on-boarding through off-boarding to make their experience seamless, including employee orientation
  • Support US Managers & Employees with transactions in Oracle HCM Cloud while maintaining data integrity.
  • Create and support people programs related to employee experience, engagement, and recognition to help employees be productive and motivated
  • Own and drive our People/HR compliance processes and audits, including overseeing the completion of mandatory training in partnership with L&D team.
  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects. Participate in support of HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems and processes.
  • Support questions and requests through the HR ticketing system.
  • Support HR programs and initiatives that reinforce and promote our company culture i.e., employee engagement and communications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a technology organization or technology-related business
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth Tech company preferred.
  • Must be resourceful with strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail oriented with a good work ethic and be able to maintain confidentiality in daily operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with senior management in an efficient manner.
  • Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud a plus
  • Salary: $100,000 – $110,000

  • In this key role you will collaborate with our leaders to make certain they have the right resources, in the right place, at the right time i.e., you will proactively engage in workforce planning and skills assessment initiatives.
  • You will assist R&D leaders in translating their business plans into resource plans that will attract new talent, and develop, motivate and retain our employees.
  • You will drive change management initiatives to increase HR effectiveness and efficiency with a focus on data analytics to identify organizational trends.
  • You will provide day-to-day consulting to leadership in a variety of areas including employee relations, policy interpretation and application, employee engagement, resource management, talent management and development, and organizational design.
  • You will lead employee relations matters for the client group by partnering with legal and others to drive successful outcome.
  • You will leverage and integrate Annual Cycle Programs to reinforce company-wide HR strategy Workforce planning, Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation and Rewards, Talent Reviews and Talent Attraction.
  • Advise on talent management, to include rewards, recognition, organizational readiness, and performance improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of HR Generalist/ HRBP experience in roles of increasing complexity and scope.
  • Experience supporting front line and senior leaders and teams in the tech industry strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines
  • Takes the initiative with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and execute, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative problem solver able to quickly assess a situation and provide multiple solutions.
  • Comfortable working both tactically and strategically to get business needs met.
  • Able to develop and articulate the value proposition of a new process or program to employees at senior and executive levels.
  • Working knowledge of general employment laws, compensation, and benefits practices in a sales environment
  • Must have strong analysis/problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to operate well in a rapidly growing environment, as well as be an effective change agent.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • High proficiency in working with HRIS applications, Oracle HCM Cloud a plus.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $123,900 - $150,000. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
