You would act as the Systems Engineer for Telco and MSSP sectors.

As a Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Work together with our customers to create new services/solutions for Telco/MSSP business with Fortinet products.
  • Play an integral role in providing pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
  • Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
  • Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
  • Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demo.

The NAM will drive contact and relationships with customers (new and established), meet sales objectives and targets, move prospects through the discovery and proof-of-concept phases, and meet established sales goals and quota per plan objectives. They will develop and execute strategies and sales tactics in the following areas: territory planning, outbound lead generation, relationship development, pricing, negotiations, closing, and managing contracts.   • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new customers.
