The Major Account Manager (MAM) in the tech industry at Fortinet in Los Angeles is a role for professionals who are eager to achieve success in customer relations and relationships. The MAM will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong partnerships with customers and key stakeholders.
The MAM will be the customer-facing team member of Fortinet in the tech industry initially responsible for understanding the customer’s requirements, resolving customer issues, and providing technical advice when appropriate. Lastly, the individual should possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
