What you'll be doing:

• Perform complicated data analysis tasks, quantifying different aspects of Forter’s impact on our portfolio of some of the largest e-commerce players in the world.
• Manage an operational pipeline of merchant tickets and alerts - triage, research, prioritize, assign, and solve data and analytics issues for our Enterprise clients.
• Design, code, and test adjustments to our production decisioning engine in Python.
• Work together with our fraud analysts, customer success managers, and Forter’s customer support organization to ensure we are solving our customer’s issues quickly and effectively and optimizing Forter’s products.

What you'll need:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with at least 4 semesters left before graduation (50% position with flexibility during exam periods).
• Able to turn broad business questions into the right queries to get the answers you need.
• Knows how to get things done - find the right person to ask, not shy about asking for help, knows when to escalate, and what tools you need to get the job done.
• Technically oriented - quick and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
• Strong multitasking skills - comfortable (and even enjoy) managing many tasks at different stages under your responsibility.
• Coding - able to complete basic coding tasks in a scripting language, preferably Python.
• SQL - experience with basic queries - an advantage.

This is a role with significant technical aspects, but prior coding knowledge is not required - we believe the right candidates can learn everything they need to do this job well as part of our training process, and while doing the job.

• Invent, design, implement, and refine our system’s decisioning logic in production.
• Conduct in-depth research into complex fraud patterns and emerging threats.
• Leverage extensive datasets to derive actionable insights and enhance decisioning accuracy.
• Develop and automate analytical processes to improve efficiency and scale our capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive platform improvements.

• A psychometric score above 700 (or equivalent, e.g. GMAT).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a proven ability to dissect complex problems.
• Aptitude for understanding systemic behaviors and adversarial tactics.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of independent work within a collaborative team environment.
• Technically-capable - Python/SQL/R experience is an advantage (not a hard requirement), candidate must be comfortable with learning new technological tools.

• Pre-process large and diverse datasets manually and using python scripts.
• QA of large data sets - verify they meet our requirements, identifying data integrity issues.
• Work together with the fraud analyst teams to optimize the data for the ML system.
• Develop internal tools and processes to increase efficiency and ensure data integrity.

• Experienced in Python (can write scripts to handle large datasets and automate processes).
• Experienced in SQL (able to write queries and work with databases).
• Technically oriented (able to write SQL queries, basic python scripts)
• Very detail oriented - you’ll be the first to spot issues in the data, so a methodical approach is key.

As a Senior Integrity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and claims operations. You will analyze and monitor our billing and revenue systems, identifying risks, resolving discrepancies, and driving process improvements that enhance operational integrity.

• You will identify, assess, and mitigate integrity risks within billing and revenue processes, ensuring accurate and reliable financial operations.
• You will develop metrics, dashboards, and alerts to track integrity-related incidents, proactively addressing issues before invoices are generated.
• You will analyze complex data flows across multiple systems to detect irregularities and discrepancies and will recommend and implement controls in these areas.
• You will support pricing mechanics in existing contracts and assist in adapting to new billing models, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
• You will investigate customer invoice discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions such as refunds, adjustments, or additional charges.

• 5+ years of experience working with data flows, system integrations and information systems.
• Extensive experience with SQL and working with data warehouses (Snowflake, MySQL).
• Mid-level proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Fast learner and self-motivated.
• Excellent communicator and team player with strong verbal and written skills in English
• Experienced in building dashboards, monitors, and alerts.

• Leading at least 1-2 big initiatives in previous companies related to Data integrity and compliance.
• Elastic Search querying.
• Performing data fixes and managing integrity-related billing resolutions.
