Rate of Pay and Benefits:
are paid a top hourly base rate of $43.800, plus applicable shift, overtime, and holiday premiums. The starting rate for this position is $43.600 with pay increases to the top rate upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.

In this position...
Ford is developing next generation integrated thermal systems that manage customer facing features such as the cabin climate, as well as the thermal needs of powertrain systems like the battery and power electronics. The thermal integration engineer will lead activities to select and introduce new hardware, create or refine new features and functionality, optimize performance and efficiency, as well as making the system robust and fault tolerant. It is expected that this engineer would master the details of the HVAC system by reviewing source code, root causing issues, and developing solutions to complex problems hands on in the lab or by performing in vehicle testing.
