A successful Engineering Specialist Quality role in the tech industry requires an organized and detail-oriented professional who is willing to travel, work flexible hours, and has an aptitude for working with technology.
At Ford, we are looking for an individual who has a passion for all things automotive, is results-driven, and has the skills to support the Structural and Manufacturing Quality Teams. The Engineering Specialist Quality will play an integral role in being a point of contact on issues related to Ford's engineering and automotive quality and technical excellence.
The successful individual in this role will be a motivated team player who is customer focused and able to shift priorities to meet customer requirements. The role also involves a thorough understanding and knowledge of all aspects of automotive production as well as ensuring adherence to all applicable safety and quality requirements.
In addition, some of the other core duties of the role include: performing a wide range of activities in accordance with engineering plans and blueprints; developing and maintaining a detailed technical report database; conducting technical inspections and providing feedback; monitoring and evaluating safety and quality issues; and reporting all information and findings as needed.
