These PVT Supervisors are part of the EVs, Digital & Design (EVDD) organization and are co-located in the Vehicle Assembly Plant with the vehicle production team. The PVT Supervisor and their team of Engineers are the 'first line of defense' regarding Functional system quality for the products produced at the assembly plant.. PVT Roles & Responsibilities are embedded in the Ford processes and procedures for Current Model Quality Concern Prioritization & Resolution, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Variability Reduction Team Procedures, Concern Reporting, Part Modification, and Product Changes, Vehicle Stop Ship/Stop Build, and Global Quality Improvement Process.

The IT Manager at KTP is responsible for all IT applications and services on-site, including planning, implementation and support of all IT systems and physical infrastructure. KTP runs a multiple-shift operation, with some running multi-crew (24x7) building Ford and Lincoln vehicles. KTP is home of the Super Duty (2024 North America Truck of the Year), Expedition and Navigator. KTP is the most complex plant in the Ford Motor Company. The demanding and highly visible position requires strong leadership and technical skills, off-hour, weekend, and holiday coverage as required by the business needs.
