We are the "eyes, ears, and voices" of Ford, directly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue generation by ensuring the right part, with the right quality, is available at the right time for our growing service product business. Our team bridges the gap between production engineering, manufacturing, and customer experience, making sure every component meets the unique demands of aftersales and fleet needs.

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Supervisor (Mechanical) to lead a team of talented engineers within our Service Parts Engineering group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding and developing your team, overseeing the execution of critical service product development initiatives, and ensuring the seamless flow of service parts from concept to end-of-life. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong project management capabilities, and proven leadership skills to drive operational excellence and foster a high-performing team environment.
