We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Global IT Alerting Services Lead to manage and support our critical incident and alerting systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of Everbridge, facilitating its transition to ServiceNow On-Call, and advising on broader IT alerting and event management strategies. The ideal candidate will provide essential 1st-level support, guide system enhancements, lead project implementations, and foster strong relationships across internal teams and with vendors.
This is a hybrid position in Allen Park, MI and the team is onsite four days per week.

In this position...
As part of MP&L, North American Vehicle Logistics (NAVL) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Ford and Lincoln vehicles from our assembly plants to dealers in North America. The Freight Payment and Network Planning Analyst will have responsibilities that are tied to ensuring continuous support of payments to all carriers across NAVL's carrier base (Rail, Carhaul, RoRo/Ocean, Port Processing, Yard Management), in tandem with working on solutions to continuously improve the transportation network. This position will work hand in hand with Vehicle Logistics Operations, Purchasing, IT and Finance, to drive problem solving on payment and system related issues to ensure timely solutions are implemented.
