The Central Market Area Parts & Service Business Development Manager will support their Manager and Market Area Personnel in meeting/exceeding:

• Customer Pay RO (Repair Order) Growth
• Bulk Oil Retention
• Elite ROs/Bay/Day Growth
• Warranty RO Duration Reduction
• Dealer Parts and Accessory Purchase Growth
  • Wholesale Sales (less D2D) Growth – both Mechanical and Collision
    • Ensure RepairLink and CollisionLink performance indicators are communicated weekly and identify opportunities for consultation
  • RIM (Retail Inventory Management) dealer enrollments and compliance
  • Work with lower performing dealerships to increase Fleet/Government coding

In this position...

This position will coordinate the activities necessary to maintain and drive incremental growth of the Motorcraft Brand through Ford Authorized Distributors (FADs) within the North Texas Zone.

• The Aftermarket Zone Manager (AZM) role is to meet/exceed Zone objectives by overseeing efforts to facilitate and influence Aftermarket FAD Sales Growth and reports to the Parts Sales Manager
• The AZM will have primary responsibility of account relationship with the FADs to generate sales through increased purchases from FCSD
• The AZM will act as interface between internal company departments (FCSD Sales, Product Marketing, PS&L) and FADs to ensure alignment of objectives
• This position is a travel position located in Dallas, TX, and will require 80% field travel

CPWD Zone Manager

• Wholesale Parts Purchases Revenue and Profitability
• Parts Sales – Wholesale Parts and Ford Pro Parts– Ford, Motorcraft and Omnicraft Part sales
• Retail Inventory Management (RIM) for all dealerships in the Dallas region, supporting regional knowledge as well.
