Customs and Supply Analyst is to ensure the smooth and compliant movement of goods across international borders while optimizing supply chain operations. This position combines expertise in international trade regulations with strong analytical skills to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the company.

Work with local cross functional team (PD, Pur., Fin) to achieve TVM targets and Business Plan

• Able to work across multiple time zone (early and late hours) with different type of cultures and personality (India, USA, Argentina, Australia, China, South Africa)
• Drive cost reduction opportunities for PDL impact through Change Request Form and track to the full approval on key PDL release timing matrix
• Liaise with PVT to accelerate implementation of cost reduction ideas
• Act as Thailand based interface into LVEA TVM team and to the Global T6 Engineering teams to ensure delivery of cost saving activities
• Lead and support technical and business discussions with local and LVEA teams to deliver solutions to key cost saving issues.
• Support TVM CRID database management with the cross functional teams as required to ensure delivery robustness of cost saving activities.
• Lead role for TVM ideas implementation impacting major program/bundle release

Dealer Support & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding parts supply inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with dealer personnel to understand their specific needs and challenges related to parts availability.
• Provide expert guidance and support to dealers on parts ordering processes, inventory management best practices, and utilization of online parts ordering systems.
• Expedite critical parts orders (VOR) for dealers to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.

Dealer Support & Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding parts supply inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with dealer personnel to understand their specific needs and challenges related to parts availability.
• Provide expert guidance and support to dealers on parts ordering processes, inventory management best practices, and utilization of online parts ordering systems.
• Expedite critical parts orders (VOR) for dealers to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service) to address and resolve dealer concerns related to parts availability, order fulfillment, and shipping discrepancies.

Parts Availability & Order Management:

• Monitor parts demand and inventory levels to identify potential supply shortages or overstock situations that could impact dealer service operations.
• Communicate proactively with dealers regarding backorders, estimated time of arrival (ETA) for parts, and alternative solutions to minimize customer impact.
• Process and manage dealer parts orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to dealer parts orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Support the implementation of new parts programs and initiatives for dealers, providing training and ongoing assistance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dealer parts supply, such as fill rates, backorder aging, and order fulfillment times.
• Prepare regular reports on dealer parts supply performance, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on dealer needs and challenges to improve parts supply processes and enhance dealer satisfaction.
• Monitor dealer parts inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimizing stock to meet local market demands.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities to improve parts supply processes and enhance the overall dealer experience.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to address dealer parts supply challenges.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to parts supply and dealer support.
• Document all dealer interactions and resolutions in a comprehensive and organized manner.
