  • Responsible for creating Ford Pro IMG brand and integrated customer communications strategy playbook. Develop brand communication architecture and strategies; Lead rollout of Ford Pro brand strategy and guidelines across IMG
  • Determine what Ford Pro means in IMG from a marketing perspective by defining central brand vision of holistic value (product, services, experiences, etc) that Ford Pro provides to different types of IMG commercial customers (large fleets, small business owners, etc.). Develop the communication strategy and playbook for how Ford Pro communicates this integrated value proposition in IMG
  • Adapt Ford Pro global proposition to IMG, keeping consistency with global brand vision, brand strategy & messaging while customizing to ensure local relevance in IMG. Collaborate with global team to ensure brand strategic alignment
